All other departments at City Hall are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. City Hall is closed Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays |

In addition to serving as City Hall, Waterloo City Centre is the home to the Uptown Business Improvement Area office and other tenants. Council and Committee of Council meetings are held on alternating Monday evenings in the Council Chambers on the 3rd floor. City offices at City Hall include:

Limited 2 hour free parking available at the rear of the Waterloo City Hall in the Waterloo City Centre Parking lot for visitors to the building.
