One of the world's oldest crafts is vividly portrayed in this recreated cooper's (barrel-maker's) shop and by the extensive collection of hand tools used for cooperage. Even with new methods of storing, preserving and packaging, well-crafted barrels remain essential to the production of quality wine and spirits.
