Extreme weather relief
Our facilities are open to the public during business hours, but during extreme weather we encourage people to seek relief if needed.

Regular open hours
- Waterloo City Centre (city hall) - Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- RIM Park Manulife Sportsplex - daily 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex - daily 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Albert McCormick Community Centre - daily 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
- Moses Springer Community Centre - daily 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Cooling specific locations
Moses Springer outdoor pool (paid admission) is open daily during the summer. Visit our swimming schedule for details.
We have splash pads at Waterloo Park and Albert McCormick Community Centre.
