Moses Springer Community Centre

Recreation facilities and programs are gradually re-opening to the public. Sports leagues (CARL) are cancelled for the summer and fall season.

Moses Springer offers a skating rink, outdoor pool, community rooms and nearby trails. Find activity schedules on our skating and swimming pages. Register for summer lessons.

Moses Springer Community Centre is located at 150 Lincoln Road. In fall/winter the facility is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Spring/summer hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Facility hours may change if programming concludes before scheduled closure times.

The facility can be reached at 519-885-4530. If you're paying for programs, we accept cash, cheque, debit, credit and FitPass.

Parking is free for facility users. The closest Grand River Transit stops (4059 and 4060) are located 110m to the east the facility, near Lincoln Road and Ellis Crescent North. Check the GRT website for transit times and fees.

There is an ice rink with four change rooms and an eight-lane outdoor pool with two waterslides, a ramp and stair leading into the shallow end. The pool has two change rooms, a shaded area and picnic tables. The community centre offers a community room available for rent.

The Laurel Trail runs through the Moses Springer Community Centre grounds and provides access to uptown Waterloo. Heading east connects you to Hillside Park which leads to the Forwell Trail and provides access to north Waterloo.
